You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. 4. Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create and upload through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast, stream, or publish through the Service and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' written notice.

6. Blockchain and NFT Features

The Service may include blockchain-based features including NFT minting and pay-per-view content. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that We Live TV Network is not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials and private keys.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of We Live TV Network and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your content before account termination. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall We Live TV Network, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
